Shhh! Talent Management was established in 2009 by model Emeca Beckford, who was previously signed to Pulse Modelling Agency, Jamaica.
At the age of 16 she started organizing school and community fashion shows while living and attending school in the United States of America. Emeca was also a runway model for Ebony Magazine, USA and in December of 2009 she was the Chief Judge for Miss Nigeria UK.
Having the experience within the fashion, modelling and entertainment industry, it was her goal to become an Entrepreneur , she also owns a very successful company called Dash & Dazzle Lace Wigs.

Our aim is to discover and promote the undiscovered talents in areas such as modeling, acting, singing. We will promote and maintain the uniqueness and the identity of each client regardless of their ethnicity with hope of instilling a sense of unity throughout the many different cultures within our communities.
We will assist our clients in their personal development to achieve confidence, grace, poise and self esteem to a level where they can challange themselves to achieve these goals with diligence, intelligence and style.
